5 Tips On Staying Motivated

Staying motivated is a daily struggle for me. So, here's a few tips:
1.) Get an agenda. Look up motivational quotes and write them down in your agenda for each week. This will help you stay motivated every time you look in your agenda.
2.) Write down several reasons why you want to accomplish something; a goal, or an assignment. This will motivate you to look at those reasons and want to follow through with a task.
3.) Watch motivational videos. This is honestly something that works so well for me. I like having people say firmly the things I need to hear. You can watch one a week if you want. Whatever floats your boat, I highly encourage you to do so.
4.) Take care of yourself. Taking care of your body can impact staying motivated a lot. Doing a good skin care routine every day, can re-energize you during the day. Eating healthy foods makes (at least me) you feel good. Doing a few pushups in the mornig makes me feel strong and productive.
5.) Be in a clean space. If your house is a dumpster, CLEAN IT OUT! Do a giant purge if you have to, but be in a clean and organized space. This will motivate you to be more productive during the day. Even if you end up not being productive, you will at least have a clean home to come home to after a long day!
